We serve traditional Indian dishes cooked in traditional style to keep the natural essence of food intact. We use tandoor, a deep igloo shaped clay pot oven, for preparation of our exquisite cuisines. We prepare many types of breads and barbeque items using a Tandoor. Food made in a tandoor has a Smokey flavor, it is usually crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
We use the classic recipes followed to make traditional Indian food. Stews and curries cooked in clay pots are not only tasty but have multiple benefits too.

Tandoor Cooking:

Clay Pot Cooked Curries: Food cooked in clay pots is high in calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and iron. Also clay pots maintain PH level of food due to being alkaline in nature. Cooking in clay pots is an extremely slow process which enhances the flavor of food and spices. Daal is mostly cooked in Clay pots to make it more delicious. To make daal in a traditional way a clay pot containing water and lentils is left on slow flame for hours together and sprinkled with spices once cooked.
